中文摘要: 有机场效应晶体管的研究得到了学术界和工业界的极大关注,并取得了迅猛发展。如何利用低成本的溶液法制备高性能的薄膜器件成为推动有机场效应晶体管应用及产业化的最重要问题之一。本申请在综合文献和申请人以往工作经验的基础上,着眼于提高溶液法制备的有机薄膜场效应晶体管的电学性能,从分子结构的设计及其可能的堆积方式出发,将稠环苯并噻吩类化合物具有高电学性能和星型化合物良好溶解性与成膜特性的优点结合起来,设计合成二维星型稠环并苯类有机半导体材料,以形成柱状一维堆积为主、柱间相互交叉的三维紧密堆集结构,从而实现载流子在有机半导体层最高效的传输,同时避免强各向异性导致的较大性能波动而获得稳定的电学性能。并利用低成本的溶液法制备薄膜场效应晶体管器件。筛选几种迁移率和开关比高、稳定性好、成膜工艺简单的高性能的有机半导体材料,探索材料的分子结构与自组装聚集方式及物化性能的关系。

英文摘要: The research for organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) attracted significant commercial and academic interest and got rapidly development in recent years. To obtain high performance thin film transistor devices by low cost solution method become one of the most important issues for the OFETs application and industrialization. In view of the possible molecular stacking configuration, a serial of two-dimensional starphenes were designed and which could combine the advantage of the high mobility thienoacene and easy soluble star-shape organic semiconductor materials. The target starphene molecules were anticipated to form tight-packing stereo structure which dominated by one-dimensional column and cross-connected each other between the columns, so that the charge carrier can transport efficiently in semiconductor layer and avoid the performance fluctuation due to the anisotropy effect. The thin film transistors would be fabricated by the low cost solution-processed deposition. Some organic semiconductor materials with both high mobility and high on/off ratio would be selected and which should also be easy film-forming and stable in air. Furthermore, the inherent relationship between the molecular structure, assembly manner and physical /chemical performance would be explored.
