中文摘要: 新兴技术作为一种特殊的高技术,其产品在进入市场过程中一般要经历一个被用户逐步认识和接受的过程,如果此过程遭遇波折,产品不能顺利进入大众市场,那么无论多么先进的技术,也很难实现其商业化价值,更无法实现新兴技术对行业的"创造性"毁灭。本研究基于新兴技术管理的相关研究,依据技术采用生命周期理论及创新管理的相关理论,首先对新兴技术采用生命周期的起点和终点进行界定,研究其存在的主要阶段及各阶段特点,辨别出"峡谷"的所在,根据阶段性差异解释新兴技术"峡谷"的内涵,并提出可从市场特点、技术特点、产品特点和消费者特点四个维度对其进行测量;其次基于四个维度上的具体项目,用行为实验的方法进行差异对比实验及分析,揭示"峡谷"形成机理,并寻找跨越"峡谷"的介质;然后构建"峡谷"跨越的理论模型,并用实证研究的方法及中国本土的典型案例验证及修正该模型;最后,站在企业的角度,提出具有操作性的"峡谷"跨越的对策建议。

英文摘要: Emerging technologies as a special kind of high technologies, the products will undergo a progressively process of understanding and accepting by users when enter market, this process may take several months or years even decades, and no matter how advanced the technology, it is very difficult to realize the value of commercial if its products can't accepted by mass market. This research based on the essential characteristic of "creative destruction" of emerging technologies, according to the theory of technology adoption life cycle, first to definite the starting and ending point of emerging technology adoption life cycle, research its stage characteristics, distinguish its chasm, put forward the connotation of chasm of emerging technologies according to the difference of this two stages, and measure it from four aspects; second to reveal the formation principle of chasm and try to find the medium of crossing chasm through contrast the difference of four aspects of market characteristics, technical characteristics, product characteristics and consumer characteristics; then to construct the theoretical model of crossing chasm, and use empirical research methods and case study to verify the validity; finally to propose some operable suggestions how to cross the chasm by standing in the angle of enterprises.
