中文摘要: 随着大数据的迅猛发展,如何促进以大数据为基础的创新成为一个有意义的问题,这是从大数据中挖掘和获取商业价值的关键所在。我们前期研究发现,基于大数据的创新主要遵循接力创新模式,而促进这种接力创新从根本上讲要依赖于对大数据的价值进行科学评估,并使大数据的价值在创新链上下游的创新主体之间实现公平的分配。本项目首先研究接力创新中大数据价值的形成机理;在此基础上采用随机微分方程和美式期权定价理论,从成本、已知价值和潜在价值三个部分研究大数据价值的评估方法;进而通过围绕大数据价值的合作博弈来研究在接力创新中公平分配大数据价值的机理和方法,得到协调和促进接力创新的机制设计;最后通过在金融物联网等大数据企业及其接力创新中的实证应用,为相关企业和产业的创新管理提供对策建议。项目研究为接力创新中大数据的价值评估提供直接可用的方法,还可为更一般意义上的大数据价值计算提供参考、为接力创新的优化协调提供指导。

英文摘要: With rapid growth of the big data, how to boost the big data-based innovation has been of great significance, which is the key to create and capture business value of big data. The former research has illustrated that the big data-based innovation abides by the patterns of relay innovation. The development of relay innovation relies on the scientific value assessment of the big data and the fair value allocation between up and downstream innovation participants in the innovation chain. This study first investigates the value formation mechanism of big data in relay innovation. Based on these, by applying stochastic differential equation and the pricing theories of American option, the assessment approaches of big data value have been considered from three aspects, including the cost, given value and potential value. Then the methods and mechanism of how to allocate big data value fairly have been analyzed in the cooperative game-theoretic approaches, and the mechanism design has been accomplished to coordinate and boost the relay innovation. At last, the empirical applications are conducted in some big data enterprises through the internet of things in financial industry, to bring forward the countermeasures and suggestions about how to improve the innovation in the enterprise and industry level. This study provides direct and practicable measures of big data value assessment in relay innovation. Moreover, it offers the references about big data value calculation and guidance to optimize and coordinate the relay innovation.
