中文摘要: 当今世界科学研究正在发生变革,科学研究模式突破了传统的线性模式,正向一种非线性时空交错的立体式模式转型。大学科研分布式协同性创新模式正在取代传统的单一封闭式的研究模式。本项目以大学科研组织模式为切入点,探索大学科研分布式协同创新的机理及其组织管理模式,在当前国家实施协同创新加快建设创新型国家的战略背景下,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本项目运用新的视角,通过方法集成与创新,致力于分析和概括大学科研分布式协同性创新的本质意蕴和基本特征,探索大学科研分布式协同性创新的组织特征,构建大学科研分布式协同性创新的动力机制,分析大学科研分布式协同性创新过程及其模型,探讨大学科研分布式协同性创新系统仿真与系统优化,建构最优化的大学科研组织模式。本项目旨在揭示大学科研分布式协同性创新的机理,构建一种新型的大学、科研院所、企业与政府协同创新模式,以期提振大学创新能力,提升科技进步的贡献率,促进国家全面进步。

英文摘要: Today, science research around the world is undergoing a transformation from the traditional linear model to a more nonlinear, three dimensional model. The distributed and collaborative innovation model of university research is slowly replacing the traditional one-track model of scientific research. Our program focuses on the changes in mode of organization of scientific research as and explores both the important theoretical value and practical significance of the distributed and collaborative innovation model of university research, especially during a period where there is a national push for promoting innovation. Our program tackles the issue from a new angle, by using innovative methods to analyze and summarize the intrinsic qualities, distinctive characteristics, and implications of the distributed, collaborative, and innovative model of university research as well as explores its organizational properties, understand its motivational mechanism, analyze it's process and model, and investigate its system emulation and optimization in order to optimize this model of research.
