中文摘要: 现有的SHBP杆以及轻气炮等岩石动态力学特性实验装置不能进行中等应变率范围的岩石动态力学特性实验,少量的气液联动岩石高压动单轴和三轴仪由于采用手动控制不能精确获取中等应变速率条件下的实验数据。为此,基于当前精密机械制造技术、特别是高频伺服控制技术的发展,在对岩石等脆性材料的动态响应规律认知的基础上,提出实验系统中加载、控制和测量三个模块的合理设计、制造方法和技术指标,研发高刚度和高频响加载框架、快速轴向加载装置、高稳定性围压装置、高频响传输模块、多路不同类型传感信号的高频同步采集模块等,编制相应的实验控制和数据采集软件,集成一套能准确确定中等应变率范围岩石动态力学特性的伺服控制动三轴实验系统,弥补国内外中等应变速率范围岩石动态力学特性实验装置的不足,为更精确、全面和深入地研究岩石动态力学特性提供有效的工具。

英文摘要: Mechanical properties of rock material under moderate strain rates can not be obtained by SHBP and light gas gun, and it can not be precisely obtained by hydraulic driven testing system because of manual controlling. For this case, based on the modern mechanical productive technology, especially for the high frequency servo controlled technology,a servo-controlled triaxial dynamic compression experimental system for rock under moderate strain rate will be developed in this project. The designation for the loading, controlling and measure system of will be first presented, and the high stiffness and frequency response loading frame, the high stability confining pressure system, and the signal conditioning will be developed. The system can be used to accurately control the strain rate of rock sample during testing and precisely obtain the mechanical properties of rock material under different moderate strain rates.
