中文摘要: 本项目源于生产中急需解决的突出问题,柑橘产区主栽的枳壳砧木纽荷尔脐橙缺硼叶片黄化现象严重,但枳橙砧木纽荷尔脐橙没有或缺硼症状很轻。前期研究表明枳壳砧木对缺硼反应敏感,且对硼吸收和利用能力比枳橙砧木弱,但二者差异的硼调控及代谢机制尚不清楚。本项目以枳壳砧木和枳橙砧木纽荷尔脐橙为试验材料,拟利用硼离子通道抑制剂、同位素10B示踪、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)、差速离心和切片等技术和方法,探讨二者硼跨膜渗透系数、活化能Ea、硼库不同形态硼含量、质膜组分、硼亚细胞分布、解剖结构等的差异,硼的移动性与顺式或非顺式二元醇糖类的关系,以及两种砧木细胞壁组分和硼、钙营养对细胞壁完整性的影响等,从宏观、微观及细胞水平上等重点揭示硼跨膜机制、细胞壁特性及硼糖关系对吸收利用硼的影响。结果有助于为多年生柑橘砧穗互作硼营养研究奠定基础,并将进一步丰富和完善砧木与接穗的养分资源化利用理论体系。

英文摘要: This project stems from the urgent need to address the outstanding problems in the production. There is difference metabolic mechanism of boron on citrange (Poncirus trifoliate(L)Raf.) and citrus aurantium (Poncirus trifoliata(L.)Raf.) rootstock of Newhall navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck 'Newhall'). It appears serious boron deficiency on citrus aurantium rootstock of Newhall navel orange, while trifoliate orange rootstock Newhall navel orange with no or very light boron deficiency symptoms. Previous studies have shown that Citrus aurantium stock of boron sensitive and boron absorption and utilization of capacity is weaker than the trifoliate orange rootstock, but the intrinsic mechanism of the two boron metabolic differences are not clear. The project select citrus aurantium and trifoliate orange rootstock Newhall navel orange as test material, and focus on exploring the boron absorption, utilization and transfer differences of the internal mechanism.
