中文摘要: 多种不确定因素(数据关联、模式关联、电离层虚高)耦合下的天波超视距雷达目标跟踪面临着高维数、估计与辨识深度耦合、数据缺失等全新问题。本项目拟重点围绕目标状态估计与电离层参数辨识闭环反馈处理,在近似贝叶斯推理基础上,研究高维未知参数下分布式期望最大化快速算法,建立目标状态估计、数据关联、模式关联、电离层虚高辨识的联合处理框架,探索将高维未知参数分解为多个低维参数的并行处理策略;研究基于变分贝叶斯的联合估计与辨识方法,建立目标状态与电离层参数的共轭先验模型;研究在线评估下的迭代阈值参数优化策略,实现计算量与处理精度的动态折衷,开展基于仿真测试与实际数据相结合的新机理新方法原理性验证,促进估计与辨识等多研究方向的交叉融合,丰富和完善期望最大化及变分贝叶斯理论,并为天波超视距雷达实际工程应用提供新原理和新方法的技术支撑。

英文摘要: Due to the uncertainties present in data association, mode association and the virtual heights of ionosphere, the target tracking in over-the-horizon radar faces new problems of high-dimension, coupling between estimation and identification, data missing, and etc. This project aims at the close-loop feedback processing between target state estimation and ionospheric parameters identification, and carries out the following two researches based on the approximate Bayesian inference theory. The first one is distributed fast expectation maximization algorithm in the presence of high-dimension unknown parameters, which establishes the new framework for joint state estimation, data association, mode association and ionospheric virtual heights identification, decomposes the high-dimension parameters into multiple low-dimension parameters parallel processing, and thus improves the efficiency of expectation maximization algorithm. The second one is joint estimation and identification based on variational Bayesian algorithm, which constructs the conjugate prior distribution for both target state and ionospheric parameters. Meanwhile, we will determine the on-line performance evaluation strategy for optimizing the thresholding parameters in iterative framework, and seek a tradeoff between computation burden and processing accuracy. The proposed algorithms will be verified via simulation and real data. This project would be contribute to promoting the integration of estimation and identification, and supplying the new principles and methods for engineering application of over-the-horizon radar.
