中文摘要: 本项目针对天波超视距雷达电离层相位污染与多模传播抑制方面存在的关键科学问题开展研究,这些问题包括相位污染分类、类型识别及综合抑制,多模传播抑制,多模传播与相位污染共存抑制等。 项目结合电离层电波传播特性及信号处理技术,开展电离层相位污染分类与类型识别技术研究,给出电离层相位污染综合抑制算法,拓宽其使用条件并提升对各种电离层相位污染类型的适应性;从电离层电波传播角度出发,综合应用信号处理、图像处理、电波传播特性给出返回散射传播模式区提取算法,实现基于工作频率选择的多模传播抑制;综合利用高分辨谱估计和时频分析技术,给出高分辨时频分析算法,提出直接进行回波数据时频分析处理,实现相位污染与多模传播共存抑制。为提升天波超视距雷达舰船目标检测能力提供理论储备和技术支撑。

英文摘要: An investigation into key scientific problems of ionospheric phase contamination and multimode propagation suppression for sky-wave over-the-horizon radar is carried out in this project. The problems include phase contamination classification, identification and comprehensive suppression, multimode propagation suppression, multimode propagation and phase contamination coexisting suppression, etc. Combined with the ionospheric radio propagation characteristics and signal processing techniques, a study on ionopsheric phase contamination classification and identification is developed and an algorithm of comprehensive suppression for ionopsheric phase contamination with expanding working conditions and improving adaptabilities is proposed. As viewed from the ionospheric radio propagation, an algorithm of extracting the backscatter propagation mode regions is proposed by applying signal processing, image processing and radio propagation characteristic synthetically. Thereby, multimode propagation suppression based on working frequency selection is realized. Using high-resolution spectrum estimation and time-frequency analysis techniques, an algorithm of high-resolution time-frequency analysis is carried out with an idea of processing the echo data directly using time-frequency analysis to suppressing the phase contam
