中文摘要: 本项目将传统光学技术与MOEMS技术相结合,提出了一种基于MOEMS可变形镜的无运动部件的变焦距光学系统设计方法,解决利用离轴反射式可变形镜和同轴折射式光学系统相结合实现集高精度快速变焦、调焦、稳像为一体的新型变焦距光学系统的核心技术问题,建立了一种基于可变形镜的新型变焦系统。通过光路结构设计、可变形镜变形策略、倾斜校正、变调焦系统设计等相关内容的研究,构建基于可变形镜的新型高精度快速变调焦系统的系统化设计理论。本项目旨在解决基于微光机电系统(MOEMS)技术的新型高精度快速变调焦的科学问题,为我国航空航天和军事国防等领域提供可靠的高性能变焦距光学系统。利用本项目研究理论实现的变焦距光学系统指标:(1)变焦比5-7倍;(2)调焦范围20倍焦距-无穷远。

英文摘要: In this project, a novel scheme is proposed for varifocal and autofocus lens design based on MOEMS deformable mirrors. It is a new method to esatablish the zoom lens using the off-axis reflective deformable mirrors and the on-axis refractive elements. Without a moving element, the zoom lens based on MOEMS deformable mirrors proposed in this project is applicable for focusing, zooming and image stablization. Researches on the optical layout design, the deformation strategy of the deformable mirror, image stabilization and the design method of the zoom system are developed; give a systematic theory for the new type of zoom lens design. The project is aimed to determine the best solution for the new kind of zoom lens based on the MOEMS techniques. It would help provide reliable, high performance varifocal lens for the devices as applied to aeronautics and astronautics,military and defense.The zoom lens specifications achieved in this project are: (1)zoom ratio: 5X-7X;(2)focus range:20 times as the focal length - Infinity.
