中文摘要: 近些年来,随着植物分子谱系地理学的快速发展,有着丰富植物区系的中国也成为了研究热点地区之一。对现有的研究进行比较表明多种植物有着共同的谱系地理分布格局,且与地质历史事件或古环境变迁相一致。但是这些研究集中于树木或者陆生草本,对水生植物并不关注。水生植物专性生活于水体中,其对气候变化的响应与陆生植物相比有何不同?水生植物广布种分布于不同流域中,其群体之间的遗传分化是否与水体隔离程度相关?本项目选取6种不同生活型的水生植物广布种为研究对象,利用叶绿体基因片断和微卫星分子标记,进行比较分子谱系地理学研究,揭示水生植物的基因谱系地理分布格局及其成因,加深人们对于这一特殊生态类群的认识,从而全面了解中国植物区系复杂多样的进化历史。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of plant phylogeography in recent years, China has become one of the hotspots in research, which possesses abundant flora. There are common phylogeographic patterns identifed by different case studies that agree with historical geologic events or palaeo-environmental change. Of these plant phylogeographic studies, most surveys were carried out on tree species or terrestrial herbs and few were available for aquatic plants. Are the responses of aquatic plants to climate changes distinctive due to their occurrence in exclusively aquatic habitats, compared to those of terrestrial plants? The widespread species of aquatic plants occur in different drainage basins of China. Is the genetic differentiation between populations from different basins correlated to isolation of basins? In order to answer these questions, we carry out comparative phylogeographic surveys on six widespread species of aquatic plants with different life-form based on chloroplastic fragments and microsatellite loci. The study will explore the geographic patterns of gene lineages across different species in aquatic plants and reveal the underlying causes. The results will deepen our knowledge of this special ecological taxa, and help us completely understand the diverse evolutionary history of flora in China.
