中文摘要: 稻蝗属物种主要以水稻为食,分布广泛,是重要的农业害虫。本项目在多年来对稻蝗属形态、细胞及分子水平系统进化研究的基础上,深入探讨冰期气候变化对稻蝗属物种谱系地理格局和种群遗传分化的影响。本项目立论于分子系统学、谱系地理学、生物信息学等多学科的交叉点上,拟以日本稻蝗和山稻蝗为研究对象,采用线粒体DNA基因中COI与Cytb基因序列测定分析以及SSR和AFLP分子标记,所得数据采用最新的种群遗传学分析方法进行检验,并综合已有的形态分类学、细胞分类学及分子系统学研究成果,对日本稻蝗和山稻蝗分子遗传多样性、种群遗传结构、种群间基因交流、种群扩张历史进行研究,结合生物地理学信息,从时、空两方面深入探讨冰期气候对稻蝗属物种谱系地理格局和种群遗传分化的影响。通过本项目可深入了解冰期气候对稻蝗属物种分布规律的作用,以及不同海拔和生境对稻蝗属物种扩散产生的效果,对了解稻蝗属物种分布规律及有效控制具有应用价值。

英文摘要: Oxya species are widely distributed and most important agricultural pests which mainly damaging rice. Series researches focus on morphology, cytology, phylogeny, genetic diversity and population genetic structure of Oxya genus were conducted by our group during the past ten years. In this study, the impacts of glacial climate change shaped the phylogeographical pattern and population genetic differentiation will be discussed in this project. Based on molecular biology, phylogeography and bioinformatics methods, two mitochondrial DNA sequences COI, Cytb, SSR,AFLP technology and kinds of bioinformatics software will be applied to analyze the genetic diversity, genetic structure, gene flow and population expansion history of Oxya japonica and Oxya agavisa. These results will be discussed combined with information of biogeography to illustrate the phylogeographical pattern, genetic differentiation and ecological adaption influenced by ice age climate changes from temporal and spatial aspect. The aim of study is to understand the impact of the Oxya species distribution pattern and population migration influenced by glacial climate change, and to illustrate the role of altitude and environment played in species migration. These results may be useful for understanding Oxya species distribution pattern and agriculture
