中文摘要: 高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具属于指向式旋转导向钻井工具,代表了先进钻井工具的发展趋势,逐渐在超深井、高难定向井、丛式井、水平井、大位移井和分支井等特殊工艺井中得以应用。这些井对钻进精度、井眼轨迹质量、钻井速度和效率有较高的要求,而这些要求取决于工具主轴的井下动力学特性,由于对主轴井下动力学行为缺乏系统的研究,阻碍了该技术的进一步发展。本项目依据钻柱力学现有科学研究成果,结合钻柱力学发展趋势,基于高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具样机展开实验和理论研究。首先研制模拟高造斜率井井下工况的力学实验装置和力学特性测试系统,然后研究钻井参数、底部钻具组合(BHA)、岩石特性和润滑油等与主轴动力学行为的关系,最后建立描述主轴井下动力学行为的数学物理模型。项目研究成果为指向式旋转导向工具设计、井眼轨迹控制以及钻井参数的选择提供科学依据,具有极强的工程实践意义。

英文摘要: The trajectory control tool of high build-up rate wellbore belongs to the point-the-bit rotary steerable drilling tools and represents the development trend of advanced drilling tools. It is gradually applied in special technology wells making demands on the drilling accuracy, quality of well trajectory, drilling speed and efficiency , such as ultra-deep well, complex directional wells, cluster wells, horizontal wells, large displacement wells, branch wells, et al. These demands depend on the downhole dynamic characteristics of the tool spindle, which is lack of systematic research and prevents the the further development of the technology. This project is in accordance with the existing scientific research results of drill string mechanics, combined with the drill string mechanics development trends, based on the high rate of overall well trajectory control tool prototype to expand the experimental and theoretical studies. Experimental apparatus and test systems of mechanical properties are firstly developed which can simulate downhole conditions of the high build-up rate wells, and then the relationship of the drilling parameters, the bottom hole assembly (BHA), rock properties and lubricants, and the behavior of spindle dynamics is studied.
