中文摘要: 铣削加工条件的多样性、切削参数的多变性、刀具磨损的随机性和复杂性等因素使得铣削过程自适应建模、磨损特征提取成为刀具磨损监测研究中的难点问题。本项目以实现切削过程监测与智能控制的理论与技术的系统研究为目标,采用理论分析、数值模拟、测试实验相结合的研究方法,通过研究切削过程中加工参数对动力学行为、加工状态、刀具磨损特性、热力学效应的影响规律及内在机理,构建含有加工参数的铣削力模型;在此基础上,逐步开展以加工参数为影响因素的铣削功率自适应时变参数模型研究,探索动态系统时变参数的自适应控制算法与优化;以模型参数变化为变量,阐释铣削过程时变特性的变化规律、物理意义以及辨识误差;揭示磨损表征与刀具磨损量关联的内在机理,确立特征向量复杂度与磨损量的映射关系匹配设计准则,创建辨识模型。项目研究成果拟通过试验研究自适应模型准确性和有效性,开发刀具磨损监测系统,促进高速、精密、复合加工技术的进步与升级。

英文摘要: The difficult problems of tool wear monitoring study are adaptive modeling and wear feature extraction in the wear of milling process, becauses of diversity, cutting parameters of milling conditions, the variability of the tool wear the randomness and complexity of the factors,The research object of this project are the cutting process monitoring , intelligent control system research of the theory and technology and the construction the milling force model of processing parameters, by adopting the research combination method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experiment and studying the fluence of thermodynamic law and internal mechanism of the state of machining ,parameters on the dynamic behavior, tool wear characteristics in the process of cutting,On this basis,adaptive time-varying parameter model of processing parameters as the factors affecting milling powe and the adaptive control algorithm and optimization of the dynamic system of time-varying parameters are expored, With model parameters as variables, illuminate the change rule of time-varying characteristic, the physical meaning ands identification error in the milling process,to reveal the inherent mechanism of and wear characterization tool wear associated eigenvectors, to establish criterion mapping relationship of complexity and wear matching and create a recognition model,Project research propose by the accuracy of experimental study and effectiveness of the adaptive model ,Tool wear monitoring system is developed, promoting the progress and upgrate of high-speed, precision and composite processing technology .
