中文摘要: 2015年中国城轨交通运营里程预计将达到4380公里。由于橡胶弹性车轮能有效降低轮轨噪声,因此在环保标准越发严格的中国城轨交通中将会得到广泛运用。弹性车轮中轮心与轮箍之间嵌装有橡胶弹性元件,因此弹性车轮纵向振动问题较目前常用的刚性车轮更为复杂。本课题首先根据弹性车轮的结构特点,通过刚度等效方法建立完整的压剪复合型弹性车轮动力学模型,其次利用轮轨滚动接触理论研究轮轨黏滑振动状态下接触斑内的纵向接触刚度特征,并将该纵向接触刚度用于建立弹性车轮纵向振动模型,分析弹性车轮纵向振动的机理及诱因。最后建立采用弹性车轮的城轨车辆系统动力学模型,研究弹性车轮纵向振动对车辆动力学行为的影响,并从纵向振动的角度分析弹性车轮参数与转向架悬挂参数之间的匹配关系。本项目最终的研究目的是我国在研制弹性车轮及其对应的转向架时,根据本项目的研究结果合理设计结构和悬挂参数,避免弹性车轮纵向振动引发异常轮轨磨耗或车体振动。

英文摘要: In 2015, the operating mileages of urban rail transit in China will reach to 4380 km. With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements of the urban rail transit in China, the rubber resilient wheel will be used widely because the resilient wheel can effectively reduce wheel/rail noise. In resilient wheel, the rubber ring was inserted in flanged tyre and wheel center, so the longitudinal vibration of resilient wheel is more complicated than solid wheel. In this topic, firstly, based on the resilient wheel's structural characteristics and the method of equivalent stiffness, build the complete dynamic model of Press-Shear resilient wheel, secondly, when the stick-slip vibration occurs in wheel/rail contact patch, research the characteristics of wheel/rail longitudinal contact stiffness by wheel/rail rolling contact theory, and then build the resilient wheel's longitudinal vibration model which consider the wheel/rail longitudinal contact stiffness, and analyse the mechanism and inducement of the longitudinal vibration in resilient wheel. At last, build the dynamical model of urban rail vehicle which equipped resilient wheel, and research the influence of resilient wheel's longitudinal vibration on vehicle's dynamical behavior, meanwhile, analyse the parameter's matching relationship between the resilient
