中文摘要: 离子检测是国内外分析检测领域的重要学科,在工业、环境卫生、公共安全、材料科学、生物医学等领域有广泛的应用需求。其中,化学传感器由于其快速、简便、成本低等优点备受亲睐。然而大多数化学传感器只能实现对单一离子的识别检测。面对检测环境的复杂多样化,分子实验室(Lab-on-a-molecule)即单一传感器对多种分析物正交检测的技术成为传感器领域的研究热点之一。本项目拟制备一系列芘衍生物基分子实验室1-5,通过调控探针结构、检测通道以及检测机理的多样化,解决单一传感器同时对阴阳离子的特异性、定性定量检测问题。其中,“单受体、单通道”的3可识别Hg2+及CN-;“单受体、双通道”的4可识别Zn2+及F-;“双受体”的5在单通道和双通道下均可用于识别Cu2+及CN-。. 通过本项目的开展,研究探针分子结构与性能的相互关系,为分子实验室的设计和多组分分析检测提供解决方案。

英文摘要: Ion recognition has been playing indispensible role in the area of industry, environmental protection, public safety and biological medicine. Among all the detection methods, chemosensor has been receiving great concern due to its extrusive rapidity, simpleness and low-cost. However, most of chemosensor only can detect one analyst traditionally. According to the complexity and multiplicity of detection environment, lab-on-a-molecule was developed with one sensor that can detect multiple analysts. In this project, a series of structurally multi-functional pyrene based chemosensor 1-5 are designed for the selective detection of both anion and transition cations by using UV-Vis and fluorescence channels. Specifically, “single receptor/single channel” probe 3 could be used to recognize Hg2+ and CN- by different mechanisms, “single receptor/dual channel” probe 4 could be ultilized as selective sensor for Zn2+ and F-, while dual receptor 5 could be applied as sensor for Cu2+ and CN- in both single and dual channels. . In conclusion, to study the relationships between the structure and sensing properties of different type chemosensors in this project, it will provide a potential solution to the design of lab-on-a-molecule and multi-analyts detection.
