中文摘要: 光诱导电子转移(PET)型阳离子荧光化学传感器是一类重要的分子荧光传感器件,具有灵敏度高、选择性好、适用性强的特点、已广泛用于pH、碱金属、碱土金属、过渡金属的测定。与此相比较,PET型荧光化学传感器用于稀土离子的测定研究较少。稀土元素广泛用于制备功能材料,近来又发现稀土元素在生物体内具有重要的生理功能,而稀土元素的分析测定,特别是混合稀土中微量单一稀土的分别测定一直是稀土分析的难题。设计合成对稀土离子具有选择性识别的PET型荧光分子化学传感器是解决这一分析瓶颈的有效途径之一。本项目拟设计合成具有对稀土离子选择性识别的配位受体分子,分别与常见的荧光团组合构建PET型荧光传感器,通过系统测定,找出配位受体的结构与稀土离子的配位性能及其对荧光强度的相关性,筛选出最佳的分析体系应用于实际样品如环境水样、环境土壤、生物样品如植物中单一微量稀土元素的分析测定。

英文摘要: Photoinduced electron transition(PET) cation fluorescent chemosensor is a criticle molecular device with sensitivity,selectivity and popularity in the determination of pH,alcaline metal,alkaline earth metal and trasition metals,however, few of this type sensor was established in the determination of rare earth elements.Rare earth elements were widely used in the preparation of functional materials, and recently they were fund having important physilogical functions in the biological body,the assay of rare earth elements especially in the area of trace single rare earth determination respectively in a mix-rare earth element sample,is a difficult task. Design and synthesis of PET rare earth ion fluorescent molecular chemosensor can be an efficient way to overcome this problem.this project attempt to design and synthesis a serious of reseptor molecules sensing to the rare earth ions selectively,find out the corelationship between structure of receptor to complex feature with the rare earth ions and fluorescent intensity,choose optimum analysis system applied to the determination of each rare earth elements in actual samples such as envieronmental water, earth and plant.
