中文摘要: 选择青海高原土著生长的牦牛为研究对象,利用GC/MS分析不同泌乳期的牦牛乳中不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量分布,同时利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测脂肪酸去饱和酶(SCD1)在不同泌乳期相对表达量,并分析瘦素Leptin、甾醇类调控元件结合蛋白SREBP、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体( PPARs)形成的调控基因网络对不饱和脂肪酸的调节,探索基因网络对不饱和脂肪酸的调控机理,为进一步提高牦牛乳中UFA含量,改善牦牛乳的营养品质提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Yak from indigenous growth in Qinghai Plateau , we will analyze unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) content distribution in yak milk from different lactation by the GC/MS,meanwhile dedicated to study on desaturase enzyme gene,Leptin,PPAR,SREBP of relative expression levels in different lactation by the real-time quantitative PCR.We foucs on the relationship between yak lactation ,the gene express , fatty acids desaturase with the profile of unsaturated fatty acids .We analyze the gene network of Leptin ,PPAR,SREBP in order to building the mechnism of regulatory UFA secretion .Grasping the regulation mechanism of UFA is conducive to further provide theory of promote secrete content of UFA , to improve the nutritional quality of yak milk.
