中文摘要: 空间群目标(空间碎片群目标和中段弹道群目标等)的监测识别对保障我国国土安全、促进空间技术发展都具有重要意义,基于微动特征的目标识别技术是实现空间群目标分辨与识别的有效途径之一。现有的微多普勒效应分析理论及微动特征提取技术大都是针对孤立的单个目标提出的,难以解决空间群目标的微动特征提取问题。本项目将图像稀疏分解理论引入空间群目标的微动特征提取研究中,通过重点研究空间群目标回波建模与图像化描述、回波距离-慢时间图像稀疏分解、图像特征提取与理解以及群目标分辨与微动特征提取等问题,提出基于图像稀疏分解理论的微多普勒效应分析和微动特征提取方法,丰富微多普勒效应理论,促进空间目标探测与识别技术的发展,为提升我国空间目标识别能力提供理论基础和技术支撑。本项目是前期国家自然科学基金项目研究的深化和拓展,预期研究结果在空间目标编目、防空反导目标识别等领域具有广泛应用前景。

英文摘要: Monitoring and recognition of space group targets, such as space debris group targets, midcourse ballistic group targets, etc., are significant to ensure our homeland safety and to promote the space techniques. The target recognition technique based on micro-motion features is an effective approach to achieve the distinguishing and recognition of space group targets. However, most of the existence micro-Doppler analysis theory and micro-motion feature extraction techniques are put forward aiming at those isolated targets and are hard to be utilized in micro-motion feature extraction of space group targets. In the project, the theory of image sparse decomposition is introduced into micro-motion feature extraction of space group targets. Via researching on some of key issues in the research contents, such as the modeling and image-parameterized description of space group targets' echoes, range-slow-time image sparse decomposition, extraction and comprehension of image features, and distinguishing and micro-motion feature extraction of space group targets, the micro-Doppler analysis based on the image sparse decomposition theory as well as the corresponding extraction methods of micro-motion features can be proposed accordingly. The research can enrich the micro-Doppler theory and provide theoretical and technical support for improving space target recognition ability of our country. This project could be considered as the deepening and expansion of the previous projects funded by Chinese Nature Science Foundation. The prospective achievements of the project will have wide applications in space targets catalog, Air Defense & Anti-ballistic Missile and other fields.
