中文摘要: 微动反映了中段目标固有运动属性,是中段目标识别的重要特征信息。高分辨雷达带宽大、重频低、载频高,当利用其对具有微动特性的中段目标进行探测时,存在平动补偿困难、方位向容易欠采样等问题。本项目对高分辨雷达欠采样条件下的中段目标特征提取方法进行深入研究。在对高分辨雷达微多普勒效应进行参数化表征的基础上,分析欠采样对雷达回波的影响及距离-慢时间像中散射中心位置变化信息与相位变化信息的对应关系;研究高分辨雷达欠采样条件下的平动包络补偿、平动相位校正方法;根据平动补偿的不同程度,分别研究基于距离-慢时间像散射中心位置变化信息及综合利用位置/相位变化信息的微动目标特征提取方法,实现结构参数与微动参数的联合估计,为中段目标识别提供有效特征来源。其预期研究成果可提高高分辨雷达的信息获取能力,为提升我国弹道目标探测识别能力提供理论基础和技术支撑,具有十分重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: Micro-motion is the inherent attribute of targets in mid-course. Also, it is important feature information for ballistic targets recognition. The high resolution radar always has the characteristic of wide-band, high center frequency and low pulse repetition frequency. There are many problems when utilize the wide band to survey the mid-course targets with micro-motion, such as it is difficult for translation compensation, it is easily lead to sub-sampling in cross-range dimension. This project system studies how to extraction features for ballistic target in midcourse based on micro-doppler effect for high-resolution radar echo with sub-sampling. Based on establishing the signal model for high resolution radar echo from targets in mid-course, the echo performance under sub-sampling situation will be analyzed. Also, the relationship between the scattering center position variance and it’s phase variance in range-slow time image will be analyzed. Then, the translation motion compensation method will be researched, which include alignment and phase correction. According to the translation compensation condition, feature extraction methods which utilizing the position variance information or comprehensive utilizing the position and phase variance information of range-slow time image will be researched. The micro-motion feature and structure feature will be obtained, which will provide effective features for mid-course targets recognition. The anticipate results of this project will improve the information acquire ability of high resolution radar, provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving ballistic target recognition ability of our county, which if of great theoretical and practical value.
