中文摘要: 土壤微量金属元素既影响作物生长、产量和品质,又是影响土壤环境质量的重要因素。利用土壤磁化率来快速、简捷、无损、经济地诊断微量金属含量,正逐渐成为多学科关注的焦点。本项目选择典型区域黄土高原临汾盆地,准规则网格布点,采集农田耕作层及剖面样品,实验室测定磁化率、5种微量金属(Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni、Cd)全量、有效态含量和pH值、有机质等指标,建立磁化率与各元素含量的数学模型,揭示它们之间的数量关系;利用大田不同有机质、不同作物试验和内标微量金属盆栽模拟试验,进一步辨识影响土壤微量金属和磁化率的主导因素;结合多元计量分析方法和地统计学,藉助半方差函数模型和协同克里格无偏最优空间插值方法,绘制磁化率和微量金属全量、有效态含量的空间格局图。以期用磁化率快速监测并表征区域微量金属含量及其空间分布格局,建立区域尺度上农田土壤微量金属的环境质量和植物营养的前期快速诊断方法。

英文摘要: Soil micro-metal elements not only impact on crop growth, yield and quality, but also play an important role on soil environmental quality. The rapid, simple, nondestructive and cost effective, magnetic approach for the assessment of micro-metal element, is becoming a focus in a wide range of disciplines. The Linfen basin is located within Chinese loess Plateau. Collecting arable plouging layer and vertical profiles, all samples for magnetic susceptibility, the total content of five micro-metal elements(Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni、Cd)and their available content, pH, organic matter will be measured in laboratory. The linkage between magnetic susceptibility values and the content of micro-metal elements will be established by math models. Furthmore, dominant contributions to soil micro-metal elements and magnetic susceptibility will be discriminated using different organic matter, different crop field experiment and greenhouse pot experiment. Combining multivariate statistical techniques and geostatistics, the semi-variogram function and Cokriging method will be applied to calculate the unobserved points, and generate spatial variability map.
