中文摘要： 知识经济时代，学术创业正成为经济持续增长的关键动力。现有研究对创业型大学学术创业过程还存在较大的黑箱认识，影响了对学术创业主导因素的定位、发展规律的把握和激励政策的设计。 课题引入生态学、系统科学和创业学等理论，重点研究创业型大学学术创业的过程、机制与激励政策：①构建个体、组织、过程和环境的学术创业生态系统理论框架，挖掘影响学术创业绩效的关键因素及其作用路径。②利用关键因素间交互效应，形成动机-机会-资源-能力的学术创业实现机制架构，探索动力机制、机会识别与开发机制、利益调节与风险防范机制、资源开发机制和能力发展机制的运行机理。③基于主导因素，梳理现有创业政策，从创业意愿、创业机会、创业能力关键维度，构建学术创业政策体系。通过仿真与优化，形成学术创业政策-学术创业能力-学术创业绩效的政策传导机制。 本研究将丰富学术创业理论和政策体系，并有助于破解学术创业绩效偏低的困境。

英文摘要： Academic entrepreneurship is becoming the key impetus for sustainable economic growth in the knowledge economy era. While in the process of academic entrepreneurship，there is a black box which restricts the positioning of dominant factors, influences the forecasting of development trends, and affects the designing of incentive policies. Referring to theories of ecology, system science and entrepreneurship, this project focuses on process, mechanism and incentive policies of academic entrepreneurship. （1）Through constructing the ecosystem framework of academic entrepreneurship based on individual, organization, process and environment, this project explores the key factors and their effect way. （2）According to the interaction effect among the key factors, the implementation mechanism framework including motivation, opportunity, resource and ability is created, under this premise, the operational principle of dynamic mechanism, opportunity recognition and development mechanism, interest regulation and risk prevention mechanism, resource development mechanism and ability development mechanism is explored. （3）After listing the available entrepreneurship policies, a policy system of entrepreneurial desire, entrepreneurial opportunity, and entrepreneurial ability and policy transmission mechanism includingentrepreneurship policies, entrepreneurship ability and entrepreneurship performance are formed. This research can enrich academic entrepreneurship on both theory and policy, and help to improve the academic entrepreneurship performance.
