中文摘要: Web2.0环境超越了传统知识共享的组织界限,强调以公众用户为主导来进行集体的知识创造与协同合作,这种大众生产式的新型知识共享模式必将对公众用户的知识共享行为产生深远影响。本课题将理论研究、实证研究与仿真实验有机结合,对Web2.0环境下公众用户知识共享行为的多层次影响机制进行系统性研究。基于社会、技术与个体三层次要素协同驱动的视角,构建Web2.0环境下公众用户知识共享行为多层次影响机制的集成理论分析框架;通过实证研究检验"动机-态度-意愿-行为"的知识共享行为综合效应传导模型,明晰多层次影响因素的作用路径、影响程度及其交互机理;通过仿真实验,构建基于多Agent的公众用户知识共享行为动态演化的仿真模型,进一步揭示、重现与验证公众用户知识共享行为的动态演化机理和演进规律。研究结果有助于更好的规范与引导Web2.0环境下公众用户的知识共享行为。

英文摘要: Other than traditional knowledge-sharing behavior which happen in one organization, the knowledge-sharing behavior on Web 2.0 conduct beyond the organizational boundary, and has strength in public-user-led collective knowledge creation and collaboration. This new knowledge-sharing mode labeled "commons-based peer production", which will profoundly affect the knowledge-sharing behavior between public users on Web 2.0. This project will identify the major mechanisms of knowledge-sharing behavior between public users on Web 2.0 through the theoretical studies, empirical research and simulation studies. First of all, the theoretical studies will focus on the relational model of how the Web 2.0 tools (such as bulletin board system, blog, wiki, et al.) facilitate the knowledge-sharing behavior between public users. Based on the comprehensive perspectives of society, technology, and individuals, the multi-theoretical analytical framework for mechanism of action of cross-border knowledge sharing behavior between public users on Web 2.0 will also be constructed in the theoretical studies. Second, the empirical research will test and verify the "motivation - attitude - intention - behavior" combined effect conductive model of knowledge-sharing behavior.
