中文摘要: 马铃薯是世界第三大重要农作物,晚疫病是限制其生产的第一大病害。由于马铃薯晚疫病原菌具有高的进化潜力,使得田间单一的抗病基因不能持久防治马铃薯晚疫病。因此,提高田间抗病基因的多态性将是目前持久防治马铃薯晚疫病有效策略之一。本研究拟通过转基因技术快速创建生物安全的转基因抗病基因近等混合系,并通过在田间合理布置种植图,尽可能提高其田间抗病基因的多态性,从而达到持久防治马铃薯晚疫病的效果。本研究不仅通过新的策略可持久防治马铃薯晚疫病,而且得到的无标记转基因近等系在田间释放中没有生物安全性问题,大众可以放心的种植和食用,有很强的应用性。

英文摘要: Potato is the third most important crop in the word. Late blight, caused by the oomycete pathogen Phytophthora infestans, is the No. 1 threat to potato production. It is difficult to control potato late blight by single-dominant R gene in the field only due to highly evolutionary potential of P. infestans. So it will be one of the effective strategies to control potato late blight by increasing resistant gene diversity in the field. In this research, a strategy of R gene polycultre will be developed by transgenic method and R gene diversity will be increased via feasible cultivation pattern in the field, and hence potato late blight may be controlled permanently. The trangenic potatoes obatained by markar-free vector are safe to human and environment. So, the strategy of R gene polycultre has good applicability.
