中文摘要: 个体体内病毒感染系统(微观)与传染病在人群中传播系统(宏观)的数学建模与研究成果十分丰富。由于染病个体内病毒携带情况与个体传播疾病能力密切相关,所以建立和研究免疫与传染病耦合系统模型对揭示传染病传播机理有重要的理论和现实意义。本项目将建立单菌株免疫-传染病耦合系统、多菌株免疫-传染病耦合系统及HIV、HBV、HCV免疫及其相应疾病传播系统的数学模型,研究这些模型的动力学性态,揭示个体内病毒感染与相应疾病传播的内在联系,寻找控制传染病传播的有效途径和方法。由于我们是通过感染年龄结构建立免疫系统与传染病系统之间的联系,所以本项目将对类年龄结构模型(含感染年龄结构模型、染病年龄结构模型、免疫年龄结构模型、潜伏年龄结构模型、疫苗接种年龄结构模型等)的动力学性态进行系统研究。

英文摘要: The results in the field of Mathematical modeling and researches in within-host virus infection systems (micro) and diseases transmission systems (Macro) are very plentiful. Since it has very closed relations between the virus munber within a host and ability of disease transmission of this host, it is of great significance and realistic meaning to formulate and to investigate coupled systems between immunological systems and epidemiological systems to reveal the mechanism of disease transmission. In this project we will formulate one strain immuno-epidemiological nested models, multi-strain immuno-epidemiological models and HIV,HBV,HCV immunology and these diseases transmission coupled models, and investigate the dynamical behaviors, and reveal the inner relations between within-host virus infection and diseases transmission, and look for the way and methods to control diseases. Because we connect the immunological systems and epidemic systems by age of infection, this project also studies the dynamical behaviors on class age-structured models (including infection age-structure, infected age-structure, immuno age-structure, letent age-structure, viccnation age-structure models).
