中文摘要: 本项目以我国艾滋病防治的"四免一关怀"政策为背景,将 HIV在宿主内的微观感染机制与宿主间的宏观传播相结合,建立具有互反馈机制的嵌套动力学模型。主要研究: (1) 基于我国艾滋病防治的用药指南与宿主内不同解剖场所构成的网络,建立HIV微观感染 动力学模型,探讨HIV 耐药株的产生机制;基于我国的艾滋病防治政策,建立HIV宏观传播 动力学模型,探讨HIV 耐药株的传播规律;基于上述两个层面上的研究工作,建立HIV微观 感染与宏观传播的嵌套动力学模型,对HIV 的微观进化与宏观演化进行深入的探讨; (2) 通过对模型的动力学性态分析,在数学上给出研究高维传染病动力系统的基本思路和方法,深化嵌套动力学的基础理论; (3) 寻找我国大规模免费治疗导致的HIV耐药株产生与传播的关键因素,评估各种干预措施 的有效性,为控制耐药株在我国的传播、对我国艾滋病的防治提供理论支持与指导。

英文摘要: On the background of China's AIDS prevention and contorl policy, "Four Frees and One Care", the project combines HIV infection within the host micro mechanism infection and between hosts' macro spreading, and then establish a mutual feedback mechanism nested dynamic model. Main study: (1) Based on China's AIDS prevention and control medication guide and the network of different anatomic sites within the host, build micro-HIV infection dynamics models to investigate the mechanism of HIV-resistant strains; Based on China's AIDS policy, build HIV macroscopic dynamics models to investigate the spread of HIV-resistant strains; Based on these two levels, build HIV nested dynamic model to describe the interactions between micro-evolution and macro-evolution of HIV; (2) By kinetic analysis of the models, given basic ideas and methods on the studying of high-dimensional dynamical system of infectious diseases, and deepen the basic theory of nested dynamics; (3) Find the key factors in the spread of HIV drug-resistant strains caused by China's large-scale free treatment, to assess the validity of different interventions on the control of the spread of resistant strains in China and also, China's AIDS prevention.
