Floating population is not only an important factor for the spread of tuberculosis (TB), but also an important source of multi-drug-resistant TB (MDR-TB), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) co-infection (TB/HIV). Research on the effects of floating population on the TB transmission has important theoretical and realistic significance in public health and infectious disease dynamics. In recent years, there are more than one-tenth of the population floating between urban and rural areas each year in China, so researches on the theory and application of the TB spread laws in the floating population have yet to be further made. Using the transmission dynamic model of infectious diseases, the project aims to investigate the TB spread laws in the floating population to provide a theoretical basis for predicting TB spread trends, and developing appropriate prevention and control strategies. In this project, we intend to extend the research methods of the dynamics of infectious diseases to the high-dimensional complex system, theoretical studies of these models (including diffusion model, network model, non-autonomous model, etc.) focus on the definition and solution of the basic reproduction number, the existence and stability of the equilibrium solution, the persistance of the disease, the sensitivity analysis of param
