中文摘要: 随着全球城市化和人口的高度聚集,传染病频发严重困扰着人类社会。理解城市化条件下传染病传播的动力学行为就成了当前亟待解决的问题。虽然复杂网络的理论加深了网络上传染病传播问题的研究,但经典的BA、WS网络模型的建立仅考虑了某些特殊机制,未能准确地表达传染病传播所依赖的由人类移动所产生的接触网络特性。项目从记录人类活动的真实移动数据出发,一方面获得了人群移动的统计特性,另一方面挖掘出人群移动数据中所包含的地理属性,对城市进行区域划分;在此基础上,建立一个既包含人群移动特性,又包含空间区域划分的新型接触网络模型,进而研究传染病传播行为在该网络上的动力学演化过程;通过比较不同免疫策略对于疾病传播的影响,理解传染病的控制与免疫。本项目是对复杂网络上的传播动力学的一个新的尝试,其研究具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Along with the global urbanization and the height of the gathered together, serious infectious diseases with human society frequently. How to understand the disease dynamics of disease spreading is becoming a chellenging problem. Although the complex network theory deepened the study of infectious disease, but classic BA, WS network model only considered the some special mechanism, and failed to accurately express the infectious diseases spreading underling the network generated by human mobiles and contacts. From the record of the human activities, on the one hand, the project won the crowd mobile statistical properties, on the other hand, dug up geographic attribute and then obtain the city zone division; On this basis, establish a includes not only the crowd moving characteristic, and contains space differentiate area of new contact network model, and then we study the dynamics of infectious diseases; By comparing different immunization strategy for the spread of disease, the effects of the understanding of infectious diseases control and immune. This project tries to study the dynamics of the spread, its research has theoretical significance and application value.
