中文摘要: 情感在消费者选择和购买经历中非常重要。零售商采取各种手段设计环境线索影响消费者,使其产生正面情感。正面情感会积极影响信息处理,调节对诉求的反应,衡量营销刺激的效果,促进目标设置,引导目标达成行为。当前,网店购物已经成为消费者主要的购物途径之一。那么,网店情境中,哪些环境线索会影响消费者情感、如何影响呢?这些问题的探索将会对网店零售商提供重要指导。为此,项目将关注消费者愉快和唤起情感,挖掘网店情境中影响愉快和唤起情感的环境线索,并探讨环境线索对愉快和唤起情感的影响效应。项目主要采取行为学实验和实证调研的方法,整合消费者行为学、环境心理学和人机交互等领域文献,进行系统的研究。项目研究结果力争补充网络零售领域文献,为情感研究做出理论贡献,并为网络零售商制定决策提供科学依据和实践指导。

英文摘要: Emotions are very important in consumers' choice and purchase process.Retailers often design some atmosphere cues to enhance consumers' positive emotions.Positive emotions influence information processing, mediate responses to persuasive appeals, measure the effects of marketing stimuli, initiate goal setting, enact goal-directed behaviors.Today, online store is one of the leading shopping channels. We want to know which atmosphere cues affect consumers' emotions, and the effects of these cues on emotions in online store. To answer these questions is very helpful for online retailers.This project focuses on consumer pleasure and arousal emotions. The project will explore atmosphere cues influencing consumer pleasure and arousal and examine their effects on emotions in online store.Data are collected by experiments and empirical research.The project integrates consumer behavior, environmental psychology, human-computer interface, and other fields literatures. The purpose of the project is to supplement online retailing literatures, contribute to emotion research, and provide pratical instructions for online store retailers.
