中文摘要: 利用微生物代谢组学技术测定酵母菌在代谢过程产生营养活性物质的能力,(包括酵母β-葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、氨基酸、多肽、有机酸);通过体外试验测定不同酵母菌株对瘤胃发酵的影响,根据上述两方面的指标筛选高活性酵母菌株。以DPS 9.50软件和数学模型技术优化复合菌固态发酵培养基,以5种营养活性物质的组合含量为评价指标优化固态发酵工艺和酵母细胞破壁工艺。 分别采用Logistic方程、Leudeking-Piret方程和类似Luedeking-Piret方程, 建立描述固态发酵过程中酵母菌菌体生长、活性物质生成和营养底物消耗的动力学模型方程,阐明三者之间的变化规律及其相互关系。同时,利用体外试验研究在不同日粮水平条件下复合菌培养物的添加效果。 本项目的研究内容来源于实践,服务于生产,研究结果对提升酵母类饲料添加剂的品质和应用效果具有重要的指导作用。

英文摘要: The capacity of producing nutricines(including yeast β-glucan, mannan, amine acid, polypeptide and organic acid) of complex yeast in the metabolic process will be tested by using the microbial metabolomics methods. The effects of different yeast strains on ruminal fermentation will be tested in vitro. The high-activity yeast strain can be selected acorrding to the two tests. The optimization of solid state fermentation medium of complex yeast will carried out by using the Software of DPS 9.50 and mathematics model technology. The optimization of solid fermentation technology and yeast cell disruption technology by using the combination content of 5 nutricines. We will establish a kinetic model equation for yeast strains that in the process of solid fermentation. The models for biomass, substrate consumption and product will establish respectively based on Logitstic equation, Leudeking-Piret equation, Luedeking-Piret-like equation. As a result, we can elucidate the regulation of change of these 3 factors and their Correlation. Meanwhile, the complex yeast's addition effect will be investigated in vitro by using the different diet measures. The content of this research project will make positive effect on prduction.
