中文摘要: 有机磷农药的长期大量和违规使用使有机磷农药残留问题成为威胁人类健康和生态环境的一个重要因素。解决有机磷农药残留的即时、灵敏、方便的检测对解决有机磷农药残留问题就显得尤为关键。纳米材料的发展为有机磷农药残留的检测提供了新的机遇。该项目拟将双发射荧光纳米颗粒检测的准确性、灵敏性及可视化的优点与分子印迹材料的高选择性有机结合,针对机磷农药的结构,设计合成3-5种由双发射荧光纳米材料和分子印迹材料组成的新型荧光纳米探针,考察其用于看视化检测复杂样品中有机磷农药残留的可行性,在此基础上构建可视化检测有机磷农药残留的新体系。开展本项目研究对于提高我国农药残留检测技术的水平、改善人民生活环境和食品安全、拓展纳米材料在环境污染物检测中的应用具有十分重要的意义。

英文摘要: Most organophosphorus(OP) pesticides are widely used in controlling insects in agriculture across the world, but they also leading to long-term accumulation in ecosystems including humans. Therefore, there is a great demand to develop a fast, sensitive,and reliable assay of OP pesticide residues to improve food safety and to protect the ecosystem.The development of nanotechnology provides new opportunities for the measurement of OP pesticide residues. In this issue, we attempt to combine the advantages of dual emission fluorescent nanoparticles and molecular imprint materials and prepare 3-5 types of new fluorescent nanosensor composed of dual emission nanomaterials and molecular imprint materials, and develop new visual detection method for OP pesticides residues. Investigate the feasibility of this new nanosensor for the detection of OP pesticides residues in complicated samples. The meaning of this item is combine the accuracy, sensitivity and visual under Uv irridiation of dual emission nanomaterials and the high selectivity of molecular imprint materials, developed new method for the visual detection of OP residual in complex samples, it is meaningful for increasing the detection ability for pesticide residual, improve food safety and to protect the ecosystem, extended the application of nanomaterials in po
