中文摘要: 基于瘦肉精滥用及在动物源食品中残留十分严重并造成中毒事故时有发生的现状,结合可控分子印迹技术和石英晶体微天平研究热点,本项目将开展农产品和食品中瘦肉精的分析与检测研究。可控分子印迹技术是采用可控自由基聚合反应进行功能单体和交联剂聚合的分子印迹技术。本项目拟利用可控分子印迹技术制备对瘦肉精具有特异性识别能力的分子印迹聚合物纳米膜,实现待测样品中瘦肉精的选择性分离与富集,并与石英晶体微天平结合构建仿生传感器,最终实现农产品或食品等复杂基质中瘦肉精的直接分析和检测。本项目研究成果将在农兽药残留分析与检测、食品安全与健康等国计民生相关领域发挥重大的作用。

英文摘要: Clenbuterol abuse and residue in food of animal origin are very serious problems and often cause series of poisoning accident. Combined with the research focus of controlled molecularly imprinted technology and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), this proposed project will carry out the analysis and detection of clenbuterol in farm products and food. Controlled molecularly imprinted technology is based on controlled radical polymerization (CRP) to prepare molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). This proposed research will investigate the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer nano-film with selective recognition ability for clenbuterol achieving selective separation and enrichment of clenbuterol in sample. Combining with the QCM, the proposed biomimetic sensor could be employed to analyze and detect clenbuterol in the complex matrix such as agricultural products or food. Results of this research will benefit pesticide and/or veterinary residues analysis in farm products and food, thus benefit food safety and health.
