中文摘要: 随着人们生活水平的提高,公众对农药残留的快速检测关注度越来越高。市面上的农残快检方法多是基于酶抑制作用,仅能对有机磷等高毒农残进行检测,而对于目前大力推广的低毒农药无能为力。本项目拟采用光化学比色阵列传感器的方法对农药残留的快速筛查进行研究探索。通过将农药按其水解后产生的化学基团进行分类,理解各种指示剂对不同化学基团的显色机理,并按照其特征反应进行比色传感器的设计,尝试通过调节硅胶溶胶体系硅烷前驱体配比、水解老化时间等,以及调整多孔高分子聚合物体系增塑剂、溶剂等的比例,对指示剂在多孔滤纸上进行有效固载,使其对不同类型农药残留进行快速富集的同时,还能够充分反应显色。同时结合手机成像配件或校正软件的方式,对颜色变化进行处理分析,达到对多种不同种类农药残留进行快速筛查预警的目的。基于此研究,有望开发和研制实验室样机,应用于真实样本的检测,并最终投入使用,具有重要的科学意义和创新性。

英文摘要: Along with the living standard enhancement, people pay more attention to the fast screening and detection of pesticide residue. The commercially available screening kits for pesticide residue are mostly based on enzyme inhibition, and only suitable for highly toxic organophosphorus pesticide. These kits obviously don’t work well for current pesticides with lower toxicity. This proposal aims to the quick screening of different kinds of pesticides. The pesticides will be divided into different types according to their specific groups. The colorimetric reaction between these groups and indicators will be investigated in detail, and the sensor based on different reactions will be designed. The indicators will be immobilized in porous filter paper by using either sol-gel or polymer matrix. The silica precursors and their ratio will be adjusted, along with the optimization of aging time. The different plasticizers and solvents will also be tested in order to efficiently immobilize indicator to enrich the pesticide residues. Combining with camera-based cell phone, the colorimetric change could be recorded and analyzed, and the fast screening of pesticide residues will be realized. Based on this fundamental research, a lab prototype will be developed and used for real sample testing.
