中文摘要: 混合生物动力系统中一类简单情形假设瞬间作用是在固定时刻发生的, 没有考虑瞬间作用的时刻与系统变量和管理目标以及各阈值的内在联系。 事实上,很多瞬间作用依赖系统的状态(如有害生物控制的经济临界值、血药浓度变化范围的治疗窗和基因调节因子的临界值等)。 本项目主要建立一般性状态依赖的混合生物系统,即连续(或离散)生物动力系统和离散事件相互作用的复杂系统。 应用混合动力系统和生物进化动力系统等的数学理论和方法研究系统边界吸引子存在和稳定的临界条件,探索其内部动态行为,并研究脉冲效应对混合生物系统进化动力学行为的影响。 考虑随机摄动对模型多吸引子之间相互切换的影响并发展相应的随机模型和随机模拟算法。 结合Bayes统计推断、MCMC和随机桥方法, 分析不连续变化的实验观测数据, 发展有效的算法估计混合生物系统的参数。应用上述理论到有害生物和流行病的综合控制、药物设计和基因表达数据的分析。

英文摘要: A simple case of the hybrid biological systems assumes that the impulsive effects occur at fixed moments, and this assumption ignores the inherent links between system variables and impulsive effects, between management practices and threshold values. In fact, many impulsive effects depend on the state of the systems (such as economic threshold of insect pest control, therapeutic window of plasma drug concentration and the threshold value of gene transcription factor and so on). In this project, we will develop the general mathematical models of state-dependent hybrid systems, i.e. the complex systems include discrete event dynamics as well as continuous time dynamics. We investigate the critical conditions of existence and stability of boundary attractors and the interior behavior using theories and methods of hybrid dynamics and biological evolutionary dynamics, and further examine the effects of impulses on the dynamical behavior of biological evolutionary dynamics. Develop the corresponding stochastic models and stochastic simulation methods to study the effects of randomly perturbation on the switching behavior of multi-attractors. Design the effective algorithms to estimate the parameters of hybrid biological systems, and analyze the observation and experimental data with switching points in combination with Bayesian inference, MCMC methods and random bridges. Investigate the integrated pest management and integrated disease control, drug design and gene expression data by using the theories developed here.
