中文摘要: 本项目主要研究外腔为共焦点结构情况下激光自混合干涉的理论,将这一理论应用于共焦点激光显微镜中,提出一种新型的基于激光自混合干涉的共焦点激光显微镜技术,并将这一测量技术应用于非规则柱状体的侧面全周测量中,以获取侧面全周的表面形状分布。这种技术结合了激光自混合干涉技术的结构简单,易于调整的优点以及共焦点激光显微镜测量精度高,不受被测物表面形状影响等优点,具有结构简单,调整便利及测量精度较高等特点。通过这个项目的实施,在理论上可以建立新的共焦点激光自混合干涉理论,给出共焦点自混合干涉情况下,反射体位于透镜焦平面的判断依据,并通过实验验证所得理论,完善自混合干涉理论的研究。将该理论应用于共焦点激光显微镜上,可以简化传统共焦点激光显微镜的结构,减小共焦测量系统中反射光路调整的难度,并着力解决共焦点自混合干涉结构中的自动对焦问题和扩大测量视野范围的问题。

英文摘要: We try to propose a theory of selfmixing interference which is based on the confocal structure and a new technology of confocal laser microscopy using selfmixing interference method. This technology can be used to measure the whole surface profile of an irregular cylinder. This technique combine the advantage of self-mixing interference technology which is simple structure and easy to adjust with the advantage of confocal laser microscope which is high accuracy and not influenced by the surface shape etc. The proposed technology has the characteristic of simple structure, convenient adjustment and higher measuring precision. Through the implementation of the project, in theory, we can build a new theory of laser self-mixing interference with confocal structure. give the judgement basis where the reflector is located on the focal plane. The theory can be vertified through the experiments. By applying this theory to the confocal laser microscope, we can simplify the structure of tradition confocal laser microscope, reduce the adjustment difficulty of the confocal measuring system and try to resolve the problems of automatic focus and measurement scope of confocal self-mixing interference structure.
