中文摘要: 本项目充分结合纳米多孔硅优良的生物材料特性和光子晶体独特的光传输性质,对基于多孔硅光子晶体的微阵列生物芯片,进行了探索和创新。从理论上分析纳米多孔硅芯片阵列单元区域线度大小和扫描检测用激光光束参数分别对光子晶体增强测量灵敏度的影响;研究多种制备具有各类光子晶体结构的纳米多孔硅生物芯片微阵列的技术;研究在SiO2 基底上的光子晶体纳米多孔硅生物芯片微阵列的制备技术,并在此基础上研究低成本的透射光并行检测方法;研究基于偏振光检测方法的多孔硅光子晶体生物芯片的设计、制备及检测技术;研究利用多孔硅光子晶体结构进一步提高纳米金或纳米银生物芯片检测灵敏度。 纳米多孔硅光子晶体微阵列生物芯片的研究,是一项具有创新性的课题,研究内容全部为微阵列生物芯片研究领域的新内容,目前还未见有文献和专利报道。这一研究将对开发性能优越且低检测成本的微阵列生物芯片有着重要的意义,对于发展生物信息学具有重要的学术意义和社会

英文摘要: This project was carried out exploration and innovation for porous silicon-based photonic crystal micro-array biochip, by combining excellent biological properties of nano-porous silicon and unique optical transmission properties of photonic crystal. We will analyze the relationship between the size of nano-porous silicon array unit and enhancement of measuring sensitivity, and will study the impact of the laser beam parameters on the measurement.We will study several preparation techniques for various types of photonic crystal structure of nanoporous silicon micro-array biochip; research preparation technology of photonic crystal nano-porous silicon biochip microarray on the SiO2 substrate, and on this basis, the low-cost parallel detection methods by transmission light; we will study bio-chip design, preparation and testing techniques based on polarized light detection method; research the use of porous silicon photonic crystal structure to further improve the nano gold or nano silver biochip sensitivity.
