中文摘要: 矿区废弃地生态退化形势严峻,生态修复已成为矿区可持续发展的主要措施,土壤微生物和植被演替决定着矿区废弃地修复进程中生态系统发育动态。目前对矿区生态修复进程中植被演替规律已有较多研究,而对土壤微生物群落演替动态及其与植被间协同演替机制研究甚少。本项目以植被演替梯度格局明显的安太堡露天煤矿复垦地为研究对象,进行野外植被调查和土壤取样,室内对土壤细菌、古菌和真菌三域微生物及氨氧化细菌、氨氧化古菌及菌根真菌功能菌群进行分子生物学分析,获得其各自基因丰度、酶切片段多样性和主要类群组成。借助数量生态学方法,建立评价土壤微生物群落的指标和模型,分析土壤微生物群落季节和年度变化特征,及土壤微生物与植被间协同演替机制。该项目完成不仅从理论上可揭示土壤微生物群落演替规律,阐明土壤微生物与植被间协同演替机制,而且可为晋陕蒙黄土区矿区生态修复实践中的植物配置和管理提供科学指导。

英文摘要: Ecological degradation in the mining areas greatly aggravated in recent several decades, where ecological restoration have become the primary measures for the sustainable development. Ecosystem development, in the processes of ecological restoration of the mining areas, was mainly regulated by the succession of soil microbes and vegetation. There has been a number of studies on the succession dynamic of vegetation, however, the succession dynamic of soil microbes and the collaborative succession mechanisms between microbes and vegetation still remain poorly understood. In this project, soil samples will be collected in Antaibao mining area, where the vegetation succession patterns are obvious. The extracted total DNA will be used for the molercular analysis of bacteria, archaea, fungi, ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and archaea, and mycorrhiza fungi. The abundance, community compositions,diversity indices of restricted-enzyme fragments will be determined. The indices and model for microbial community will be established using quantitative ecology method. This project will aim to reveal soil microbial succession dynamic, and find the collaborative succession mechanisms between microbes and vegetation.
