中文摘要: 高质量的影像是实现对地观测数据到空间信息转化的前提。如何揭示影响成像质量和精度因素的作用机理与影响、进而寻求有效的改善方法,是涉及高分辨率对地观测系统时空复杂特性的科学问题。本项目通过以轻小型航空遥感系统(特别是无人飞行器载组合数字相机这一新型传感器)为对象,研究其成像机理、探测其误差传递,揭示地观测系统中部分传感器通用的成像规律与各随机因素的综合影响规律,建立影像质量和精度评价和改善方法,并通过建立组合数字相机综合性能试验场进行精度评价以优化组合数字相机结构,提高低空遥感影像的几何定位精度。 结合计算机视觉的最新成果,突破传统摄影测量以严格共线方程为基础建立误差方程求解的模式,期望在组合数字相机自检校实现过程中对小角度姿态求解几何模型的建立以及基于该模型的病态方程迭代求解策略、收敛评价指标、精度评定方法等方面将有所创新,并尝试在倾斜影像处理与应用方面做些探索,拓展倾斜摄影技术的应用领域。

英文摘要: The core problem of high-resolution remote sensing is the three-dimensional precision. Due to the limitations of airborne remote sensing platforms and sensors, aerial photogrammetry in obtaining a small area, large-scale data exists high cost, cost-effective, elevation of less than specification requirements.With many advantages of low cost and quickly obtain high-quality remote sensing images,low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle is an important supplement to the national aeronautics and remote sensing monitoring system, becoming airborne remote sensing direction of future development. The topic of this study is the degradation reson of combination digital camera low-level image quality and accuracy, supplying fine handling of the discovery rule and build the model.Full study of a variety of influence factors of their combined effect on image quality and processing accuracy, will help improve the design of the sensor,to improve the stability of the platform, to improve the accuracy of the calibration, and the establishment of a sophisticated mathematical model in order to improve low-altitude remote sensing image quality, and lay the foundation for the transformation of the image data to the spatial information.
