中文摘要: 消除齿侧间隙对传动精度的影响和追求高的传动精度以实现精确的运动变换是国内外精密传动研究亟待解决的一个重大科学问题。本项目提出一种新颖的无侧隙平面包络端面啮合蜗杆传动装置。基于空间啮合原理与微分几何学理论研究无侧隙平面包络端面啮合蜗杆传动的啮合几何学,分析端面蜗杆设计变量、轮齿和弹簧楔形消隙机构等参数的变化规律及多变量空间下蜗杆传动的啮合特性,构建在复杂可变约束条件下的最优化方法和理论,明确端面蜗杆传动承载能力随端面参数变化的关系;揭示加工和失配误差等对蜗杆齿廓和齿面接触线的内在影响规律,提出控制蜗杆齿廓和齿面接触线获得高精度表面、高传动效率和高承载能力无侧隙平面包络端面啮合蜗杆传动的制造工艺和方法;构建蜗杆传动无侧隙测试实验平台;最终建立无侧隙平面包络端面啮合蜗杆传动的啮合理论和提供一种具有原始创新和自主知识产权的无侧隙蜗杆传动装置,项目的研究具有重要的科学研究意义。

英文摘要: Eliminating the negative effect of gear backlash on transmission precision so as to achieve precise motion transformation remains a problem to be solved in the field of precission transmission. This project originally proposes a type of transmission device, an anti-backlash planar enveloping end face engagement worm gear drive, with certain advantages of no-backlash, high precision and high operating efficiency over other gears and gear systems. Based on the theories of differential geometric and gear meshing, the project investigates the different meshing functions and their derivates with respect to each drive type. Also,this project analyzes the meshing characteristics of anti-backlash planar enveloping end face engagement worm gear drive in multivariable space and discusses the variation of the design variables of end face engagement worm,worm teeth,spring wedge-shaped mechanism et al., followed by the study of the relationship between load-carrying capacity and the variation of the end face parameters and the research of the influence of the machining and misalignment errors on the contact curves and the tooth profile. By doing so, a novel efficient manufacturing technology is proposed and used to minimize the effect of errors so as to design the most optimal tooth profile with high operating efficiency a
