中文摘要: 形状是三维物体最直观的视觉信息,在人类感知和认识外界事物的过程中起到了至关重要的作用。该课题属于计算机视觉和数字几何处理的交叉学科,具有前沿性应用基础研究价值,长期以来得到广泛的研究。课题以离散点云数据表示的三维物体为研究对象,在充分分析物体几何特征、拓扑特征以及其它特征的基础上,以物体的形状及其拓扑结构为着眼点,以谱聚类和图论为手段,拟建立无监督数据驱动下的一致性形状分解的有效机制;获得点云物体各分解部分之间合理的拓扑关系,探索三维点云物体的形状理解的有效方法;结合形状分解与拓扑关联,获得物体形状的统一描述模型,以获取物体的形状语义描述图;综合利用一致性形状分解结果与形状语义图,形成点云物体形状分析的普适性和系统化方法,并以期解决点云物体形状分析过程中的一些难题,为点云物体的形状分析方法研究提供新的思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: Shape is the most intuitive visual information of 3D object, which plays a critical role in human perception and understanding outdoor object. This research belongs to the cross discipline of computer vision and digital geometry processing and has advanced application foundation research value which receives more extensive research for a long time. Firstly, taking the shape and space topology for guidance, we construct an effective mechanism of unsupervised data-driven object shape decomposition approach using spectral clustering and graph theory. Secondly, the topological relations between different components that extracted from shape decomposition to explore an effective methodology for object shape understanding. Then, the unified description model is generated by combination of shape decomposition and topological realations, and the semantic shape information is acquired, further a universal and systematic method is explored. The core purpose of the research is to solve some issues in shape analysis of object in point clouds, and furthermore to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for shape analysis method of object in point clouds.
