中文摘要: 近年来,基于先进的通信和控制技术,电力广域控制系统得到了长足发展,提升了电力系统自趋优调控能力。针对电力广域控制系统的信息网络攻击不仅削弱了电力系统自趋优调控能力,更可引发大规模停电事故。为了抵御信息攻击,确保电力系统安全、优质、经济运行,亟需发展电力广域控制系统信息安全的分析和改善方法。本项目将应用博弈论研究电力系统中广域控制系统的信息安全攻防策略,从模型研究、算法研究、算法应用三个方面展开研究工作,建立广域控制系统信息安全攻防博弈模型,设计攻防博弈均衡点的高效求解算法,提出电力广域控制系统的信息安全评估和提升方法,为智能电网的信息安全的预警机制、风险评估以及主动防御提供有力的决策依据。

英文摘要: Currently, advanced communication and remote control technologies are widely applied in the power sytems, which are evolving into complicate cyber-physical systems. These advanced remote controls endow the ability of close-loop self-optimization to power systems. However, the malicious cyber attacks to industry remote control systems continus threatening the security and stability of the power system. Therefore,based on the game theory, this project will develop new methods to asscess the cyber-security vulnerability of remote control systems in power system as well as to enhance their defense to various cyber attacks. The main contributions of this project include cyber attack and defence models based on the game theory, an effiecient algorithm for seeking the game equilibriums, and methods of cyber-security risk assessment and optimal defense strategies. The research results from this project will certainly support the construction of the advanced and proactive cyer-security defence system of the furture power system.
