中文摘要: 随着信息通信技术在智能电网中被广泛应用,智能电网将实现电力流、业务流和信息流的高度融合,形成电力物理空间实体网络和信息空间虚拟网络相互依存并高度融合的电力信息物理系统。其将面临来自于信息空间和物理空间的双重风险,威胁电网安全稳定运行。本课题首先建立电力信息物理系统的模型,研究信息空间风险向物理空间的传播机制,重点分析危害电力系统安全三道防线的信息空间风险及传播路径,进而研究计及信息空间风险的电力系统稳定控制模型,最后研究网络战环境下电力信息物理系统的生存性。通过本项目的研究可完成全面覆盖信息空间与物理空间的电力信息物理系统建模,识别重大信息安全风险跨空间传播机制与路径,提出电力信息物理系统稳定控制模型,完成网络战环境下网络攻击引发的电力系统稳定性风险评估。

英文摘要: As information and communication technologies are widely applied in Smart Grid nowadays, power flow, business flow and information flow are tightly converged and form cyber-physical system, which makes a interdependent relationship between virtual cyber space and physical power grid space, and confronts overlaying risk from both cyber space and phyisical space that threaten secure operation of power gird.Firstly, a cyber-physical system model will be established in this project,researches on transmission merchanism from cyber space to physical space are also conducted. Cyberspace security risks that damages three lines of defense and its negative effects towards physical power gird are analysed. Secondly, a stability control model of power grid considering cyberspace risks will be proposed. Lastly, survivability of cyber-physical system under extreme conditions such as cyber war are analysed. By this project research, the bidirectional and interactive cyber-physical system model that combines virtual cyberspace and physical power gird is established.Both the transmission merchanism and propagation path, which is caused by important cyber risks, are discriminated. And a stability control model is propoesd for electric cyber-physical system. In this project, the risk assessment of electric power stability, which is fit for cyber attacks, is finished under cyber war.
