中文摘要: 分布式网络控制系统广泛存在智能电网、水网、交通等先进工业控制系统中,其安全问题将直接关系到国家基础设施行业控制系统的稳定运行。因此,分布式网络控制系统安全控制设计刻不容缓。本项目从系统安全性能分析与控制综合的角度对分布式网络控制系统的安全控制问题进行深入研究,以智能电网中典型的分布式网络控制系统为特定研究对象,刻画系统安全性能和电网信息安全机制、物理防护、物理拓扑、物理动态系统之间的内在复杂关系。利用系统固有的物理防护、信息安全机制,充分挖掘攻击约束下的物理动态系统自身所具备的安全性能,设计系统可用的安全控制与防护技术。主要内容有:信息物理攻击建模;分布式网络控制系统安全性能分析;基于系统理论的安全控制与防护;系统在环仿真与性能评估。项目研究成果将为分布式网络系统的安全可靠运行奠定基础,为抵御攻击提供系统可用的检测与防护设计,具有重要的科学意义和经济价值。

英文摘要: The study of distributed networked control systems (DNCSs) is of great importance due to the wide applications in our critical infrastructures, such as smart grid, water network, transportation, etc. Its security control guarantees the normal operation of critical infrastructures and will seriously affect our daily life if it is under attack. In this project, we will focus on the security control for DNCSs from system analysis and control synthesis perspective. The complex relationships among system safety performance, information security, physical protection, physical topology, and system dynamics will be quantified for a typical DNCS in smart grids. Moreover, protection technology and corresponding security control strategy will be designed with the consideration of both inherent physical protection and information security mechanism. The main content of the project includes system modeling with cyber-physical attacks, system performance analysis for security, system-theoretic approach for security control and protection, and hardware-in-loop simulation and performance evaluation. The outcomes of the project will establish a sound theoretical basis for the reliability of DNCSs and will provide an efficient tool for attack detection and protection, which show the importance and necessary of this project.
