中文摘要: 无线人员定位系统是一个具有巨大潜力和市场的应用方向。TOA定位技术同时具备较高定位精度和技术可行性,是实现无线人员定位系统较为可行的技术。在TOA人员定位系统中,佩戴传感器的人体会造成非视距传输现象,造成大的测距误差,影响定位精度。因此,必须要考虑人体对TOA测距精度的影响。对信号传播和TOA测距误差进行测量与建模是研究人体如何对测距误差造成影响以及影响程度的一种有效方法。而现有的相关模型在建模过程都没有考虑人体因素在TOA定位中的影响,所以本课题拟通过测量和建模的方法研究TOA人员定位系统中人体对TOA测距精度的影响。并将测量和建模成果应用到TOA人员定位系统性能测试平台中,通过测试平台对实际定位系统的评估结果与现场实测结果对比来验证平台的有效性和模型的正确性。

英文摘要: Human tracking is an important application field of wireless localization system. Time of arrival (TOA) is a distance measurement technology with high accuracy and feasibility,which is appropriate for implementing the wireless localization system. For a TOA-based human tracking system, the human body mounted with sensor would cause non-line of sight (NLOS) and thus cause a huge distance measurement error and further affect the localization accuracy. Measurement and modeling the RF propagation and distance measurement error is an effective way to study the effect of human body on TOA distance measurement. However, the existiing relate models for TOA techneque in the literature are implemented without taking the human body into account. Therefore, in this proposal, we plan to study how the human body causes distance measurement error and analyze the profile of the error by measurement and modeling the creeping wave and TOA distance measurement error for TOA based human tracking system. We would apply our moelding results to a testbed for performance evaluation of TOA based human tracking system. The accuracy of distance meausrement and localization of a real TOA based human tracking system measured by the testbed would be compared with the results of field testing to verify the testbed and models.
