中文摘要： 旅游产业集群的研究和实践已得到广泛关注。企业网络是产业集群的本质特征，产业集群的优势不仅来自于企业的集聚优势，更重要的是来自于基于根植性和社会资本的本地化网络优势。因此，研究旅游产业集群的本地化网络，有助于解析旅游产业集群的内在机理，对于促进旅游产业集群理论研究的进一步深入有重要作用。本课题沿着现象-机理-结果的研究思路，立足于跨学科角度，主要应用经济地理学并结合新经济社会学、管理学研究企业网络的理论和定性与定量相结合的方法，通过案例比较分析旅游产业集群本地化网络的网络特征、网络结构及网络形成机制，在此基础上进一步解析本地网络对于旅游产业集群集聚、协同效应及创新的影响机制，从而阐释本地化网络促进旅游产业集群竞争优势形成和保持的内在机理；最后提出促进本地化网络升级的方式以及基于企业网络角度的培育和促进旅游产业集群发展的政策和措施。

英文摘要： Research and practice on the tourism cluster are paid close attention to. The enterprise network is the essential characteristics of the industrial cluster. The advantage of the industrial cluster is brought to not only by the enterprise agglomeration but the local networks based on embeddedness and social capital. Therefore, it is helpful to analyzing the mechanism of the tourism cluster and has an important role in promoting further research on the theory of the tourism cluster that the enterprise networks of tourism cluster are studied. The research thought of the subject is from the phenomenon to the mechanism and to the resultant. It analyzes the characteristics, structure and formation mechanism of the local network by a comparative case study combing qualitative and quantitive methods and adopting the theories and methods of economic geography, new economic sociology and management in view of interdisciplinary. Next, it studies the impact mechanism of the local network on agglomeration, coordination effect and innovation of the tourism cluster and the inherent mechanism that local networks promote keeping the competitive advantage of the tourism cluster.
