中文摘要: 与有机发光器件(OLED)有类似结构的量子点发光器件(QD-LED)除了具有与OLED类似的特点外,还具有发光色纯度高、尺寸可调谐的发光颜色等优点。但相比于OLED,QDLED在基础研究和产业化进程上都发展较缓慢,还需要在器件物理和材料合成等方面进一步深入研究。广泛应用于OLED产品中的顶发射器件结构可制备于任意衬底,在高开口率显示和特殊照明领域具有独特优势。顶发射QDLED是实现高分辨、高开口率、柔性量子点发光显示的有效方式,目前国际上未见有相关报导。本课题组在顶发射OLED方面开展了一系列有特色的工作,积累了丰富的经验。本项目拟在课题组现有基础上,进行顶发射量子点发光器件方面的研究,研究基于微接触转移技术的顶发射量子点发光器件的制备技术、顶发射QDLED器件光学特性模拟与优化以及QDLED能量/电荷转移过程优化设计,为QDLED在显示和照明的发展提供一种行之有效的方法。

英文摘要: Quantum-dot light-emitting device (QDLED) has similar structure and characteristics with organic light-emitting device (OLED). Besides, excellent color purity and size-tunable band gaps of QDs make them attractive for application to light emitting devices. But compared to OLED, the research progress of QDLED is lagged. More studies in device physics and materials synthesis are needed. Top-emitting device can be prepared for any substrate and has unique advantage in high aperture ratio display and special lighting device. Thus, they are widely used in OLED products. Top-emitting QDLED is an effective method to achieve high resolution, high aperture ratio and flexible QDLED display. And there is no report on the top-emitting QDLED. Our research group has accumulated rich experience in top-emitting OLEDs. Based on our existing research results, this project will carry out the research on top-emitting QDLEDs. The research contents of this project are as follows: (1) fabrication technology of top-emitting QDLED based on microcontact transfer printing; (2) optical simulation and optimization of top-emitting QDLED; (3) improvement of the carrier injection and transport in QDLEDs. This project will provide an effective method for QDLED application in display and lighting.
