中文摘要: 电致化学发光技术由于集成发光分析的高灵敏度和电位可控性优点而备受关注,已被广泛应用于传感器的构建和免疫分析等方面.铂(II)炔配合物具有丰富多变的拓扑结构及多种类型的电荷跃迁,展现出丰富的光物理性能,具有很好的电致化学发光性能和高的量子产率。但是由于其金属配合物的溶解性差,限制其在生物分析上应用。本项目拟根据需要合成新型的Pt炔配合物,采用纳米沉淀法将金属铂炔配合物制备成纳米级水平的聚合物包埋的纳米颗粒,对纳米材料的表面进行进一步的功能化改善其水溶性,对其电致化学发光性质进行细致研究,并进一步的将它应用于传感器的研制之中,此传感器的研制为金属有机配合物材料的开发利用提供了一条新的途径。

英文摘要: Electrochemiluminescent technique attracted great attention due to the combined advantages of high sensivity of luminescence analysis and potential controllability. It has been applied widely in designing of sensor and immunoassays. Platinum(II) alkynyl complexes show excellent photophysical and fluorescence properties because they have rich and changeful topological structures and various charge transfer transitions. These complexes can emit strong electrochemiluminescence with high quantum yield. However,their applications in biological analysis are mostly restricted by the low water-solubility. In this project, we are devoted to the systhesis of novel Pt(II) alkynyl complexes which can be doped to polymer to give nanoparticles by nano-precipitation method. The surface of nanoparticles will be futher functionalizated with amino and carboxyl groups. Novel electrochemiluminescent nanoprobes will be thus prepared. Their electrochemiluminescent properties will be studied in detail. These materials will be futher applied to the design of biosensors so that the development of biosensor provide a new approach for the application of organometallic complexes.
