中文摘要: 本项目面向低功耗的OLED照明技术,以“高效率、长寿命的白光器件”为目标,围绕“材料的设计及其结构与性能的调控、器件中界面的构建与激发态调控”这一关键科学问题,以“分子设计与合成-激发态性质与器件物理-器件制作与优化”研究链条为主线,发展具有自主知识产权的发光及其相关材料新体系,深入研究白光器件的机制,探索新的器件结构,改善器件制作工艺。本项目拟从材料和器件的创新性出发,利用反向系间蹿跃的机制发展能量上转换的高效蓝光荧光材料,发展电子掺杂和有机半导体异质结的大电流注入及激子限制结构等关键技术,利用“主客体协同发光”的新概念,在兼具高效率及稳定性的荧光/磷光混合型白光器件上取得突破,打破国外在高性能OLED 材料和器件上对中国的封锁,促进我国OLED照明技术和产.业的发展。

英文摘要: Towards the low energy consumption OLED lighting, this project will aim at.developing high-efficiency, long-lifetime white OLED, focus on the key.scientific issues molecular and electronic structures of luminescent and related.materials, tuning the excited state and interface injection of devices, and adopt.the route molecular design and synthesis-excited state property and device.physics-device fabrication and optimization. To solve the key issues on the white.devices, this project will develop new luminescent materials and related.materials, study the mechanism of white device, investigate the new device.structure. The project will place the emphasis on the new blue fluorescent.materials and the key device technology, such as interface-modification, organic.heterojunction and limited exciton region. The project will break the blockade.of China abroad in high-performance OLED materials and devices, and promote the.development of OLED lighting technology and industry in China.
