中文摘要: 针对连铸生产过程中,中间包钢水被保护渣遮盖,钢水液位难以测量,研究一种基于温度信息特征的钢水液位测量方法。利用耐火材料制成的测量棒插入中间包钢水中感知温度,由于中间包内从上至下存在具有不同温度的空气层、保护渣层、钢水层三层介质,热平衡后测量棒的轴向温场分布在空气层-保护渣层以及保护渣层-钢水层分界面处会出现温度梯度突变点,利用这一特性,通过视觉检测定位两个分界面位置,得到钢水液位。本研究建立测量方法的动态传热模型;同时结合动态图像序列的测量棒温度信息特征,建立钢水液位定位判据,实现连铸中间包钢水液位的准确测量,为实现连铸中间包液面恒稳浇注自动控制的研究和应用奠定基础。该钢水液位测量方法对提高生产率、节能降耗、提高铸坯生产质量有直接意义,本研究有着明确和可观的经济和社会效益。

英文摘要: In continuous casting, it is difficult to measure the molten steel level in tundish as for the molten steel,covered by flux slag.Hence this paper develops a molten steel level measuring method based on temperature information. In this method, a measuring bar made of high temperature resistant material is inserting into the tudish to percieve the temperature. There are different temperature media such as the air layer, the flux slag layer and the molten steel layer successively. When the measuring bar reaches thermal balance, the axial temperature gradient will appear mutations during the three media layers.Finally, applying this characteristics, the steel level can be obtained from the interface location by vision detection. In this paper, a dynamic heat transfer model of the measuring method has been set up to guide the measurement. Besides, according to the temperature feature in a serial of measuring bar images,the criterion for the steel level is established to measuring the steel level in casting tudish accurately. The accurate measuring method lays a foundation of the research and application on the automatic control of the liquid steel level casting stability in the tundish.
