中文摘要: 以实现能源的高效合理利用为目标,研究采用中间介质的多厂热集成。为了揭示系统整体性能与各源/阱厂局部性能之间相互协调的物理内涵,采用图示法进行研究。在研究中间介质理论最优复合温焓线以及各种不同连接方式下中间介质复合温焓线形成特征的基础上,根据各源厂和阱厂的热特性,通过中间介质理想最优温焓线与中间介质相适线之间的协调,研究中间介质温焓线的形成与分解机理,确定厂际热集成最优连接方式及相应最优参数。通过多厂热集成的研究,发展同时考虑整体与局部性能的过程集成理论和方法。项目将深化和拓展过程系统集成的理论基础和工业应用。

英文摘要: In order to achieve high efficient use of energy, the multiple plant heat integration through intermediate media are studied. Graphical method is used to reveal the insights of the interaction between the whole system and each local source or sink plant. The theoretical optimal composite curve of the intermediate media is constructed. The composite curves of intermediate media under different connection patterns are developed, and their thermal characteristics are studied. Through the interaction between the theoretical optimal composite curve and the fitting curve of the intermediate media, the original composite curve is formed. Then the composite curve of the intermediate media is decomposed to determine the optimal connection patterns across plants and also the corresponding optimal parameters. The system integration theory concerning both global and local performances will be developed. The project will deepen and extend the theory of process integration and the corresponding industrial applications.
