Northwest Pacific marginal seas act as the bridge to connect the mainland and the deep oceans. This link makes margianl seas one of the most suitable areas for improving our understanding of past global climate and oceanograghic changes. Genetic structure of marine species living here are the typical representative of intertidal invertebrate population geographical distribution formed by the historical climate and ocean currents affects. The project intends to analyze the phylogeography of mantis shrimps' populations living in China's coastal water and intertidal region by four types of genetic markers with different genetic backgrounds and different evolutionary patterns to detect levels of genetic diversity in different geographic populations, explore its geographical structure of genetic level and estimate parameters of population historical evolution by coalescent theory. Population genetic structure after Pleistocene Ice Age and complex ocean currents was detected by random process analysis method of molecular ecology and pedigree biogeography according to reference of ancient geological events, paleoclimate, ocean currents and geographical features and historical dynamic population evolution. According to the characteristics of the population genetic structure, population history development, haplotype dis
